This information is necessary to provide a cash payout in the form of an issued check, to provide additional information and to subscribe to future promotional messages, and is provided voluntarily in order to take advantage of our services. To be eligible to enter any tournament offered by App2Tapp, through our Services, you must be physically present in a U.S. state in which participation in such a tournament is not prohibited by that state’s laws at the time of your participation. It is your responsibility to determine whether the state, country, territory or jurisdiction in which you are located is a Prohibited Jurisdiction. In addition, a player who enters a 100 person tournament has the potential to win and the option to withdraw funds upon winning any tournament after the completion of each tournament (see Tournament Rules of the Game/Registration). Therefore, it is required that the geolocation function be activated and turned ON. Opting out of this personal location (geolocation) option, will prohibit the ability of registration, play, notification and collection of winning tournaments and other services. We will monitor the location from which you access Services, and we will block access from any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
